Adult Community Support Services            

Community Support Services provides an array of mental health services and a continuum of care for adults who experience mental illness. All services focus on recovery including symptom reduction, the restoration of self-esteem, and the attainment of functional and meaningful roles in the community.

Community Support Services provides a wide-range of mental health care options which include psycho-educational classes, rehabilitative case management, employment services, clubhouse services, co-occurring services, specialist evaluations, homeless case management services, and psychiatric services. 

Adults entering services at FBH participate in a comprehensive intake evaluation. Each consumer is linked to a Mental Health Care Provider (MHCP) in one of the primary service delivery systems within Community Support Services that include: Case Management Services, Integrated Co-occurring Services (ICOS), Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT), and The Evergreen Clubhouse.

Adult Treatment Services            

Adult Treatment Services provides an array of brief and intensive mental health and co-occurring services for adults who suffer from a mental illness and fit criteria for our various treatment programs. All services place a high priority on developing therapeutic relationships that foster the development of new strategies intended to build resiliency, increase personal strengths, and sustain recovery so that consumers can find more success in their lives.

Adult Treatment Services provides a wide-range of mental health care options that include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy and education, psycho-educational classes, co-occurring services, specialist consultations, psychological testing, and psychiatric services. These programs are: Adult Outpatient Services, Intensive Outpatient Services, and Non-Title XIX Medicaid Mental Health Services.
