Consumer Rights            

Spokane Mental Health is committed to ensuring consumers are informed of their rights through the SMH Consumer Rights Statement, as governed by federal and state mental health mandates, laws and regulations. SMH ensures that information pertaining to consumer rights is provided through numerous avenues and various distribution techniques.

In addition, consumers in our Stablization Residential facilities who have a complaint about the services they receive in a SMH Residential Treatment facility, may contact the State Department of Health to file a complaint. The contact information is:
