Crisis Diversion/Least Restrictive Alternatives Specialist Services  

Crisis Diversion Services provides crisis intervention services to consumers of all ages who psychiatrically at moderate to high risk as determined by Masters' level clinicians  in Crisis Response Services. Staff assess and prioritize the various layers of concerns consumers present so appropriate assistance can be offered in a crisis situation. Immediate support is provided to the individual as community resources are obtained to assist with his/her current crisis. The goal of Crisis Diversion Services is hospital diversion, by appropriately assessing the consumer's needs, and providing him/her immediate access to community resources and treatment services as appropriate. An integral member of Crisis Diversion Services is a Certified Peer Support Counselor who engages with consumers to assist in their stabilization and recovery process.

LRA Monitoring Services

Less Restricive Alternative (LRA) monitoring services are provided to all behavioral health and substance treatment providers who treat consumers who are released from inpatient psychiatric care and court ordered to outpatient services. LRA Monitoring staff monitor all Regional Support providers to ensure LRA services are properly administered.
