How often are jobs updated online?

A:

New job vacancies are posted every Friday.
 

Q:

How do I know if a job has been filled?

A:

All filled positions are removed daily. If you were interviewed and not selected for the position you will receive a letter by mail.
 

Q:

What is the closing date for the position

A:

Most positions are considered “open until filled”.
 

Q:

What happens to my application once it is received?

A:

Once your application is received it is logged in to our internal tracking system, reviewed for qualifications and forwarded to the appropriate Supervisor for review.
 

Q:

Can I apply for multiple positions at one time?

A:

Yes, provided you meet the minimum qualifications.
 

Q:

How long after the Supervisor receives my application can I expect to be contacted?

A:

The average time is 2 weeks. If you have not heard from us after 2 weeks, you should contact the personnel department at (509) 458-7461. We should be able to give you information on the status of your application.
 

Q:

How will I be contacted for an interview?

A:

You will be contacted by either the Supervisor or Human Resources to arrange a time.
 

Q:

How long is my application kept on file?

A:

Your application will remain active for one year.
