Mission & Vision      

As a not-for-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, SMH works with over 100 community organizations to ensure that consumer needs are met, services are not duplicated and the most efficient treatment is provided. We have developed Mission and Vision Statements as well as a list of Values & Principles that reflect our commitment to our community.  

Mission
We provide professional and culturally appropriate behavioral health services to people of all ages in collaboration with community partners. We prioritize the delivery of services for individuals and families who are high risk, high need or publicly funded.

Vision
Our behavioral health services make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve and contribute to the health, safety, and quality of life for everyone in Spokane County.
