Nurse Consultant Services     

SMH RN Consultants provide mental health consultation services in skilled nursing facilities. Psychiatric Services also includes the daily SMH Open Clinic, which provides priority access to psychiatric assessment and intervention for mental health consumers requiring more urgent care in the context of contact with Crisis Response Services, or who require such intervention as part of crisis stabilization and hospital diversion due to exacerbation of symptoms as part of their long-term, severe mental illness.
